What is Average Drill Quality? How to calculate it?

Hello everyone! I recently have been digging around how to improve the skills of a player and found these excel sheets that would help understand how to train a player but they keep talking about AVQ. How does one calculate it for one player for a particular drill?

Add values of the skills a drill trains and divide by number of skills a drill trains.

For example Sprint trains fitness, speed and dribbling - 3 attributes.
Player has 100% fitness, 110% speed, 120% dribbling.
Average sprint is 100+110+120/3 = 110.
