    For that I cannot do an offer for this player, and if I can do offer for any other player of the same equipment?

    You can't make an offer for a player who have more then 5 stars.

    Ok, thank you. But I do not deal for that I cannot do offers for these players when I have players of mas of 5 stars and every day get some offer for them. For that the people if it can do offers for players of mas of 5 stars and me not? Is it possible that it is for that estan in a level superior to the mio? Thank you, a greeting.
