Everyone got their permanent problems (or almost everyone), we are all derived from a microbe aeons ago and developed randomly and messily into different species. One of my permanent problems is reflux acid. I think got some reflux pills seem not bad, probably I'll eat just before my hot dates to minimise the bad effects.
