I bought the germany pack for 2€ for one of my teams and this was the player.

The player should be 6.8 stars, so 116%. This player is 6.6 stars.

The package should have been EUR 5.49.

Yes there are different offers, depending on how much you have already spent in the game. On my main account it was a 7.2 star player and the pack costs 14.99€... This one, like said, I bought on my second team, there it was 2.29€ because I never bought anything before.
