Problem with player training

Hi guys, I have a problem with training.

I bought a good FT, raised him from some 50% to 127%, his main attributes are all around 180%, other are around 50%. I wanted to train him a bit further, invested few more green packs, on average he was gaining 1% to some attribute for 1 green spent. Slowly, but still his attributes were raising.

But then, with the same training drills, he stopped gaining anything. I spent another 20 greens on the same training and he didn't get a single % to any attribute. Minutes before he got some 20% for 20 greens with the same training.

Any idea why?

Later I tried to train some atributes that he doesn't need and training worked. When I changed back to his main attributes, he didn't gain anything again...

I found out the reason - the 180% training rule (if average of attributes in a drill is 180% or higher, player will not gain anything)...

Thanks for sharing this. I would say my training experience would support that.
