Association issue.

Hey guys, Problem is one of my players cant access his profile, he says he has updated n tried everything! So apart from him uninstalling then reinstalling, he says he will lose this seasons progress, is that true? Otherwise any ideas? Oh n do u have to have a FB account to play association, because he hasnt got one? Cheers.

I have uninstalled and re installed before and my account has been okay as long as its connected to Google play game so I could get back on it. You don't need face book to be in a association. Also I am having a issue myself. Everytime I log in my association is not my association its the association of Liverpool fa and I'm kiwi power, it corrects itself about 3 seconds in. So whoever owns Liverpool fa, I'm watching u lol
