Train by yourself is in my opinion way better. The intensity coach makes all skills equal. In your individual training you can focus on the white skills and get them very high.
I never use academic players.
Great, but if the coach gona get the white skills to 115 for example, is the individual training gona get them to same number? For the same amount of rests.
If you pay for the 40x trainer 170 greens >> yes with that greens you get the white skills way higher

But before you do that: Inform yourself about the best training methods. Youtube has good videos about this topic. Otherwise there is the danger that you waste your greens.
