18 year olds

Hi, haven't been playing for a year or so and noticed on transfer market hardly any 18 year olds.is this a normal thing now ? TIA

They are there but you have to be persistent and sometimes that means waiting a while.

It seems like everyone goes for these players which may cause them to be harder to get. I use my Youth Academy so I can customize my new player with exactly the roles, SA, and stars I want.

You forget that they aren t FT and they have high greys if you powertrain them over 100%, so that means they are harder to maintain for many seasons.

Maintaining them hasn't been too hard for me. As for high grey skills, I use them (at least they have seemed helpful historically) until the grey skills die out. And replacing only one player per season, this allows me to always resort to the more "mutated" side of the field when needed. So far I have been doing okay without fast trainers, but I do respect all managers who use them because I believe it is a good practice.
