Hello.
While in game, go to settings and logout.
You will be given an option to use "Guest account" afterwards, which means - 2nd team.

Just create a new Facebook account. Send a game invite from your first team to your new Facebook account. Accept the invite and create a new team linked to your second Facebook account.
