Excessive injuries

I usually play 3-4 friendlies a day with my reserve team for greens. This season I see excessive injuries to my reserve team, almost 1 injury every day. The injury rate for official matches is still OK. Do anyone experience this as well?

I think Nordeus change the injury rate of friendlies to too high. Why don't they let us play friendlies peacefully? And then many of the special sponsor job can't be done. I feel like, managing the first team is enough for me, don't ask me to do the same for the reserve team.
