    I've have a players at 9 billion percent!, but I too have lost the photos................hard to believe, I know.

    I think what he meant is that there are some of the skills that exceed 340%, in his case 480%, not the overall rating.

    If that is the case, then yes, there are cases where individual skills may be very large because of bonus, in particularly the 30% bonus for league top scorers.
