^What he said, in addition to my previous post it seems that injuries are more common when i've stockpiled red packs.

almost as if Nordeus is thinking, "NO YOU MAY NOT STOCKPILE ITEMS LIKE THIS, we need you to buy more!"

thats not the problem dude...!! ofc i can use them... the fact is that i get tonz of injuries and my grass is at maximum level...!! as u can see in 2nd pic at 1st min i get injury i replace the injured player and the replacement gets injured 10 mins later...!!

I can relate to the second pic buddy, it always seems that the game likes to Troll you when you beat teams 5/6/7-0 by giving you tons of injuries. It happens too often to be a coincidence.
