someone explain that to me? only thing i did is to change ticket price 8 min before the game?

yepp .. not sure why ?
I know there's a max crowd limit per each level, so there probably are lower-end requirements as well. If you're on a really high level it's quite possible that you need more than 13k in attendance to get the 5% bonus. Otherwise, many people would just play at their level 1 stadiums and always get the maximum bonus - you've probably tried to apply a "cheat" similar to this, no? :)

Maybe the stadion is not really full? let's say your crowd is aboout 12.985 people and the number you see in the report of the match is rounded up? Because of this you think the stadion is full, but it isn't. it's just what comes to my mind spontaneous... ;)
meh, it is a bug. no other explanation makes sense.
