I'm a new player, need suggestions

Hello guys I'm a new player in top eleven. I'm on level 2, I wanted to know how you maintain your players so that they can be used next season because they lose a star when promoted to the next level.

What training routines do you recommend?
Do you release some players?
Do you train certain players along the season?

Elegí 11 titulares y 4 suplentes , el resto no los necesitas. Enfócate en entrenar a esos solos, trata de cambiar uno o dos jugadores por temporada, nada más.
