Is it worth having the top 11 chemistry at the highest level?

Is it worth having the top 11 chemistry at the highest level?
or just to train only reserves for bonuses?

Not sure if I comprehended accurately but team play bonuses (chemistry between players) are worth training up, in my opinion it makes a difference.
