personally i give out skill points when i get them...i can't answer if its better to save them up or not...
Coz they will start to train slower!

personally i save so can have best team in cup for new season but never worked lol, also i save as depending how the league is and how i`m doing if dong well save if need to improve then use, also i wait to add on till i`v seen league
I never noticed a different speed according to the skill assignement.
I give skills to my player as soon as I get them
