players getting injured left and right on a daily basis, this game is a joke.

Not a single f** was given.

I use to have this red pack problems on lower levels... Guys try to level up the medical first all the time. This injury problems will go away on higher levels. After I passed level 40 I got all the time over 2.800 red packs without collecting them. Now I'm in level 76..

Medical improvements just give you more red packs. You need to max out pitch because it lower injury probability by 50%. Not sure how much it reduces at lower levels.
Anyway there are some seasons when injuries occurs to often. And you cant to anything :).
