How do i solve this

I have an account registered to a google play account which i made in 2014 for some reason the mobile game app randomly forced me to make a new xlub in the account and didn't load me in my actual club, i tried to go around it and couldn't so i ended up making a new club i thought my account wasn't connected correctly and now i have lost my main club, i tried to contact support ingame and they didn't reply beside the assistance bot which didn't help.

What should i do to get my club back
