I have a mission:
“Develop 1 player in Youth academy to at least 6 stars”
Does this mean that I need the player's potential to be 6 full stars or 5 and a bit from the sixth star?

What about intensity coach (x134) you get at second lvl from Boost lab event?

You got to spend the amount of resources in academy enough to coach young player so he has full 7 stars at the end of training? That would mean the player has to have full 130% of skill at the end of training, and only then you can get the coach (x134) from Boost lab event, or am I missing something else there?

I believe you are right in every other way, except full 7 stars means 120% quality.
