Rewards from a game

Hi Guys

how does it work re rewards from a game - seems to vary massively game to game - just won 1st league game of the season 5-0 and 3 players got 1 improvement??

Improvements? You mean skill points? Every skill has 'a bar' which have to fill to gain point for that skill. It's a total random game how full each bar happens to be. If they are all empty, you might get nothing. And furthermore, I suspect that your win margin has nothing to do with this. Players have individual training speeds and that decides with the amount of lost fitness during the game how much your player develops. It could be something this simple:

(Lost fitness)x(training speed)+(skill points before the match)=(skill points after the match)

Well, I'm pretty sure it's not that, but I think you get the picture. So always when player loses fitness permanently, he will gain skill points, no matter if you win or lose and by how much. And that's probably the reason you don't get skill points from events and fa games: because you don't lose fitness.
