Who else has this problem?

I have a team that at its max reaches 115.8 right now, I have some very good potential players for scoring but they are missing a lot of shots on goal and I mean out of the ordinary, in addition, I cannot seem to be able to win against teams that are either equal or slightly inferior. I can only beat a team that is 100 or less does anyone else have these problems? I tried changing formations according to counter-formation info and still I ended up losing, Does anyone have some suggestions or comments about this?
