I have a 22-year-old ST at 107 % anyone knows what training I have to do to make him gain % it seems that when I train him alone he gets very little, when I train him in the team a little more and rest he gets in playing but the % growth for a 22-year-old player seems a bit slow with this guy and I do not have tokens to get a better ST what should I do? thanks
