Dates of matches of association?

Is it every week of the season or it is done randomly?

Every weekend. Last week of the season it starts on Friday.

Yes, Association tournaments have a fixed schedule. They are played every weekend (Saturday and Sunday), except the last tournament of the season, which is always happening on Friday and Saturday before the new season starts (this season the last tournament falls on December 30th and 31st).
