Negotiations

My team average is 155%. The only players available to me are 99% (which is effectively 79% because they will lose 20% in a couple of days). Why would I want any of these players? Is there a way I can negotiate for players that are at a higher percentage? Thanks.

It's only suitable for tankers.
But sometimes could be good way to get fast trainer in these because you cant in academy.
