Here you have different factors, first the 180 rule related to the drills. Then, the pay to win. And finally, the player skills only count until 340% so the engine counts 2000% fitness or whatever, as 340%.

Of course, I think that the Game needs to be intuitive, have parameters and Fair/logical distances according to a Game that has a space of 28 days to be played, and as a manager I see the current situation as a non sense.

They trick the game easily by having about six monster players and six 1 star players and playing against **** teams all season. I don't even understand how they can find it fun playing like this but i guess some people just need to find a way to feed their fragile ego. The game is becoming less realistic and ****tier each season.
