How can I stay at the same level?

Hello friends, I am now at level 33 and I want to stay at the same level
How do I do that tactically?
In the event that I used the “weakest” reserve team, would my position become between 9-14
Do I stay at the same level as 33?
Will I lose the next season star players?

I'm thinking of doing it because there are teams as strong as mine but they beat me easily!

You should finish in 10th to be much safer since you can promote somtimes by placing on 9th place in the league.
You basically put your reserves in wrong positions so you re sure to lose.
Your players should stay the same. But the bad thing about staying on the same level is you won t participate in Super League or Champions League every 2 days...
