No Penalty Event

I have the penalty event, but my son doesn't on his phone. He has updated the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still not showing. Any help please guys

Any progress on this? I recently seem to have been given Penalty Clash Winner as part of my final Special Sponsor tasks. Out of 30 tasks, I only have 5 left not completed - no way I missed Penalty Clash Winner for all of this time.

Did you ever get this sorted?
I got the generic events can appear at any time response and then threatened with a breach of terms of service when I questioned them closing down the communication

Did your issue end up getting resolved? That is very weird, what type of phone does your son use I am using iphone to play and Penalty Clash event was working fine.
