Drop your weakest MC and play him behind with a red arrow, or just simply place him in MF one square forward is allegedly fine, just not every game. (form & morale drop) but I guess you knew that already
Or total football, just had a look at your squad.
Your back four as is, your star man DMC/DML---1 MC your AMR/MR/DMR -- AMC Engish for Nutter and your ST, job sorted.
Just move your all your players except the back four to the opposite sides if necessary.
Justdomes views.

Now, the main goal of the formation is to give your players as much more options in offence to score goals while in the same time defend well if needed. That goal is possible to be achieved as players cover most of the spaces on the pitch plus leaving few gaps between the formation lines.
4-4-2 and 4-1-2-1-2 can pose a real threat against the 4-1-2-2-1 if your AMC\L are deployed to play as hidden ST's as you will only have 3 midfield players during a counter attack. so I tweaked it a bit in order to avoid situations as this. Keep all your players flat. Use NO arrows, only in some occations you could deploy -only- your AMC to move forward to join the ST on the attack.
The instructions which I recommend are:
Team Mentality: Offensive
Focus Passing: mixed (if AMC is deployed to play as hidden ST then play the ball from both flanks).
Pressing: Own half (In some occations you could deploy your team to press in whole pitch).
Tackling: Soft
Passing style: Mixed
Marking: Zonal
Counter-attack: Yes
Offside trap: No
