Can't see Live Matches on Computer

:( Any help Appreciated. Help Desk won't/Can't help........... I can't watch any of my games on the computer ( I have two - Desktop & Laptop) live either in 3D or 2D on any of my browsers. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Avast. It is NOT my graphics card as just updated. I've been able to play since 3D started with no problems but last week it just stopped working. Have noticed on facebook it has affected a lot of people but help desk just fobbing me off. Any advice please??

But what exactly happens to you? For me 3d matches not working for a long time but 2d is working just fine.
