What is the meaning of that spin when you get a red cart ? Maybe it's 3T instead of 5T penalty but in the next spin it will be 17T instead of 15T.
Also what's the meaning of getting T bags instead of a straight amount of tokens ?
Wasting so much time openning every bag to get 2 or 3 tokens.

I know that, but I guess you don't know that there is a version where when you get the red card, instead of paying 5-15-30 ... T directly, there is a spin draw, where you can pay 0-5T, 10-40T, ...
That's useless because sooner or later, you 're gonna pay the same or bigger ammount of T.
