Last season I haven`t had lots of time to play, so I followed up just a few live games. As a result I ended up the season on the 11th place. But now - surprise - I lost 2 stars? What the heck, Nordeus - wanna fool me? I didn`t reach place 1-8, I didn`t get up one league - why did I lose 2 stars? Clean this up.... immediately

Your level is too high and there aren t enough managers in the server, so the game promotes you despite finishing in the 9th place or lower.

Have you read the game rules?
A fundamental part of Top Eleven is that at the end of each season, if you finish in position 1-8, you level-up and lose 20% in the process (the equivalent of 1 star rating). The only exception to this is if you finish in position 9-14 then usually you stay on the same level and lose no stars. But it is possible to level-up even if you finish below 8th if there aren't enough teams to make up a league in the next level.
You expected an answer from a mod, there you have it.

I once promoted from 14th and a few times from 11th/12th. It happens, that's the game dynamics.
