Any Tips to Maximize Teamplay Form Without Using Too Many Greens?

Hey managers

I’ve been spending a lot of green rests and running around 40 training sessions daily just to get the maximum Teamplay Form for my team. It’s starting to feel a bit too costly and I’m wondering:

Is there a more efficient or cheaper way to reach the max Teamplay bonus each day?
