Claimed a loan player accidentally

I was training my loan player and the game bugged so instead of pressing on the rest it gave me the claim loan player page and purchased it. I don't need that player at all I have 2 players in that position and I was saving tokens that I worked hard for the next season... What can I do I sent a support ticket and no response yet.

no token return, your fault, never heard they refund tokens after players misstakes no matter of reason
