Need advice on today's match

I have a qtr final champions league game agains a very good team, he has already beat me in a friendly so some advice is needed. He plays 4 in defence, dmc with 4 across midfield and one upfront. He has no movement on the players. Most of the players are 4 and 5 star, he has a very good st. I play 4 at the back with my dr and dl going forward, I have a mc going back the amc, aml and amr with 2 strikers. I play attack and press whole field with mixed passing.
