a noob question please

how to increase player value ?


i know that the more skill points they get the more value they get but how is that sentence translates?



1 skill point = 10 k ? and 1 star 100 k generally?

or if someone have more info please share : )

i noticed some of my players get 10 k every 1-2 skill points but some i spend alot skill points and the value does not increase

btw im level 2 manager if that matter
