Hi managers,

this is my first season, still trying to understand few things...

1. I read somewhere in the forum that, after promotion players loose 1 star because they are weaker in the higher league. Is this true? is this the case for every player? (if I have only 5 star players now, in the higher league will the all be 4 star?)

2. For young players (18-21 years old), is it better to train a special skill at the beginning of their career or is it better to increase the general skills?
