It is hard to say when you are in the same server until you try. :/

Most likely because they are on different servers, which is what I am struggling with so far. :(

Saw the scout list refreshed this morning and saw a 22yo DC with SA Aerial Defender, but is only rated at Q48 (highest is Q49 for my level, but have read that it's worthwhile getting scouts at the highest available quality as they will get the next star easily). Regardless, he would breeze into my side.

I would be going for this depending on my negotiation for another defender I am going for. Worthwhile or leave it for the next list?

Grab and stash him now before it's too late. I bought 7 scouts + 1 TM player on the 1th and 3rd day of the season and managed to get them to 7* after some PT (Spended around 250 green packs).

Fair enough, I'll look at getting him later on today (in work at the moment).
