If they are not on line what do you expect.
No you can't allocate players yourself, the game controls all transfers.

I think, any transfer should be done in such discussions. I mean, why spend 15 tokens for losing an auction (in an active server like mine). Negotiations tab also shows only players, noone would ever sell. It would be profitable for everyone. but, i am a newbie, maybe i am missing something...Quote:
