Would it technically be possible to run two teams, one new one, then negotiate with your other team to sell top players to the lesser team? Is this possible? Is it cheating?

I have level 5 and 4 teams, not once have I ever seen one of my level 5 players on the Neg list for that level 4 team. Would be great if I did!

My team just been promoted to level 14 , but the problem is my player does not lose a star like usual and my scouting players also the quality is like level 13..what happening ? is this normal or ?? Can anyone help ..

Cannot sell, cannot buy... absolutely ideal for the start of a season...

Anyone out there who is at least able to explain...

I need good players at 37-39 rate, 19-25 years old
