what happened to the top eleven, I was negotiating for the player then time runs without any other bidder, until the time runs out what happened I found a warning "wait" and then I refresh firefox turns the player is not on my list,

Sounds like a sync problem, it has happened to me a couple of times, if you have lost tokens you could try sending a ticket to nordeus to try to get them back but it is not easy as they will say you have bid to late.
