You lost, two players got injured. Nothing unusual.

But, is it normal to have my top 2 players get injured within 16 minutes?

Indeed, I think there is black-whistle, or abnormal server processing the game.

I would have gone 3N-1-4-2. 2 STs up front to take on his lone DC. sorry for your loss
