Injuries every single game

Can someone please help me. I'm really getting annoyed with this, my players get injured every game. I have 1 player injured every game. Home and away. In sure that isn't normal. Can someone help me. I've got 4 players injured so far and the most I ever had was 7. I've got 20 players all together and it gets really frustrates me.

Im level 2 and My condition is always 90 or higher. Pitch is level 2 and so is training ground. Medical facilities level 1. Even away I get injuries. But even then is it not normal to have an injury every match?

The level of injuries are quite common but I wouldn't say every game.
