I have 3 22 year olds on my scout list. Probably the best list I've ever had and I wont be buying any as the seasons almost over.
They tend to be more common towards the end of the season....
and the verdict is....22.

Im hoping for a good next list, bought a 22yo 43q dc/dmc with corner kick at the start this season although I was looking for an aerial or defensive wall... for next season, Im hoping for a good young multi position AMC, AML or AMR with shadow striker (would require a lot of luck). Got lucky with my scout list and got two Q54 22yo near the beginning of the season. Have had nothing great since mind.
But yeah, 22yo is the youngest you'll see on the scout list.
