My player sent-off wrong

Hi, I'm in Level17,
I lost my 2 best players in the cup semi-final match, but it is not a real problem.
The problem is in the final match when I received 2 red cards again in min 17 and 41 for my 2 best defenders.
I lost the final match 3-2 in min 112 in extra time while I was playing with 9 players as I said.
The more strange thing is my second player he didn't had yellow card before, but he received yellow and red with accompanying a penalty kick for my rival all in min 41???!!!!
How is that possible my player get red card when he didn't receive the yellow card before???
I thin the match must be redo, since It was obviously a server mistake, which sent off my player wrong.
Totally, the TOP11 is not fair, anymore, how my striker got red card in semifinal, while he never receive any cards in whole league, champions league, and cup???
I already attached the Match statistics.

The first player got a straight red like July said, the 2nd player probably cursed the referee so he gave him a red card :lol:

In football you can be booked with a red directly, even when you have a yellow first, the referee can put the red out straight, not obligatorily a second yellow.

There have always been straight red cards (without yellow), in the game in all the time I have been playing (9 months). So its nothing new.
