good idea but you have to be more precise on the quality of the players. 4 stars might be quality 15-19 in manager level 1 or 20-24 in manager level 2 or 25-29 in manager level 3...
and i dont think that people will sell their 5star players just to play here

They will need to start a FRESH NEW FB ACCOUNT to play in this league. Those advanced to next level can buy 4* players with that height of potential. You don't understand that...
