Scout list refresh days confirmed.

[July Fourth]

I've followed the days on which the scout list refreshes over the season.

As well as receiving a new scout list on the new day of the season for promoted teams (not sure about teams not promoted) The scout list refreshes on the following days:

3,4,9,13,17,21,25,28

If anyone has NOT been promoted this season can confirm if their existing scout list continues into next season or if its a brand new list. Thanks.

No idea really, I mean... move the last day refresh to like Day 6 in the season to fill in the "gap" between day 4 and day 9 for when we need these good scouts to appear.

meanwhile when it refresh sometimes i see old players from previous list with few changes and sometimes all new
how much refreshing they do each time? 1-2 players or the whole team? bcz am lost

Why shouldnt refresh on last day? Not everyone gets promoted and even ppl acquiring scouts could fail. Or lets think someone tanked the season and being not t buyer spares 50 T for a scout, but doesnt get what he needs through the season. On last day he can acquire it if it spawns, and train him before the start of new season. Anyways he wont get better Q ones since promotion was missed.

Thats probably the only good reason for why refresh on the last day.
