Level 3: Champions League winner, 3rd in league, playoffs in cup (level 5)

What formation did you use the most?
3N-1-2N-2W-2
What orders did you put with them?
Passing down the flanks, attacking, normal, pressing own half, counter attacking, no offside trap, man-on-man marking
Did you play with any arrows?
Yes, red arrows on each AML/ AMR and blue arrows on centre defender.
Did you rely on counter formations?
It is the only way you can win, no point in thinking your formation is the best and losing.
Any advice for anyone using your tactics?
Focus on winning one form of the game. CL/Cup/League and build from there. Also, don't buy players that don't fit your successful standard formations, as this is the reason I finished 3rd in the league, too much experimentation with different positions. For example, bought a scout AMC and he really didn't fit my team. It was not that he was getting low scores (averaged 7), it's just the team lost every game when I played a formation with an AMC, I couldn't work out how to use him effectively. I sold him before the end of season, something I hated doing.
