Yes, Do not login for over 70 days and that team will be deleted and then you can start again.

The only way to do it, is not to log in for 70 days. After that, the team is autonatically deleted by Nordeous.

by the way, as i start a new team, should i buy 1 or 2 good players, or try to buy a little upgrade on each spot.. Also what aged players should i buy.

I would make 2 signings on day 1, it will get you above the rest in the League Level 1, watch videos and get tokens on topeleven.com, in-game cash and boosters on top eleven facebook app.
Date for your Diary, Sunday 10th March 2013: 1st day you can sign in with a fresh new team on Day 1 of a new season.
Your best off creating a new facebook account and starting now, because by then you could be Level 4.

better at start to bid 4 * players and older (auction will not be so aggresive ) at the last day of season u can still sell them to have resource for the new season ...

well just don't play this season, bug log daily to get this tokens and next season you will start with more boosters and tokens and you will have only CUP and league, you will be able to build a stronger team
