Rejecting Negotiation offers on android

its really annoying when i try to assign skill points only to be told there are pending transfer offers...

As far as i can tell you cant reject or accept offers on Android. You need to wait till the clock runs out after 24 hours or go on a computer.

thanks. didnt think so. When im at work my only access to the game is on my phone. its not too much of a problem. just an annoyance.
