your best (well, least bad) chance to get your tokens back is by contacting Nordeus Support, you can do it HERE. from my own experience, I contacted them with a similar problem and didn't get any tokens back or even a decent answer, instead I got accused for having a bad connection and not understanding the bidding function, but you can try your luck.
